I will cover specific areas\u00a0where advice on pelvic floor exercises and general exercises may vary depending on circumstances.<br \/>\nAll exercise for women who have pelvic floor problems should be tailored to their specific needs after careful assessment. Firstly a little read and plug for <a title=\"women and gyms\" href=\"http:\/\/www.myphysioschool.com\/2014\/09\/exercise-and-urinary-incontinence-are.html?m=1\" target=\"_blank\">Women&#8217;s health Physios ;<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0Regular exercise is extremely important, especially with the growing obesity crisis, and it would be tragic if an easily-avoided issue such as Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI) was a barrier to exercise for women. However, women need to know that certain exercises are likely to increase the risk of pelvic floor dysfunction, including SUI and pelvic organ prolapse (POP)<\/p>\n<p>Just a link to <a title=\"exercise videos\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pelvicexercises.com.au\/pelvic-exercise-videos\/\" target=\"_blank\">LOTS of videos<\/a> of exercises<br \/>\nBut&#8230;first of all lets start with some <a title=\"breathing exercises\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pelvicexercises.com.au\/breathing-exercises\/\" target=\"_blank\">breathing&#8230;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pre natal<br \/>\nPost natal- Vaginal delivery &#8211; Caesarean section<br \/>\nProlapse<br \/>\nPelvic pain<br \/>\nPre- post pelvic \/ abdominal surgery<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pre Natal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s great to be active and stay fit while you\u2019re pregnant.\u00a0 Check with your midwife or doctor first to make sure there are no health problems to prevent you from exercising. first 6 weeks post natal both vaginal and caesarean section is to<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish confident breast feeding<\/li>\n<li>Get plenty of\u00a0support to help you with baby and household chores<a href=\"http:\/\/petersphotogallery.com\/vanea\/images\/2014\/08\/IMG_0342.JPG.a.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-1764\"
